🗞️ Your weekend plans
Plus, more e-bikes in Halifax, birds block the opening of Acadia University's new nursing building.
Good morning, Halifax!
Depending on when you’re reading this, we’re just a few hours away from the long weekend—and I, for one, am ready.
As I type this, my rescue bunny is giving me the look—floppy ears, twitchy nose, big doe eyes. I’m taking it as her way of saying thanks for all the love on yesterday’s story about fostering a furry friend this summer.
And if you’re like me and left your Victoria Day planning to the last minute (I’ve spent more time collecting ideas than making decisions), I’ve got you covered. Scroll down for a list of ways to make the most of the weekend.
Now I’m off to try and beat the clock and ease into vacation mode. Have a great long weekend—and don’t miss me too much. I’ll be back in your inbox on Tuesday.
XOXO
Warren
